FAQ How is the program viewed by state and federal regulators?

The American Feed Industry Association believes this program likely will meet most, if not all, of any regulations to be published under the Food Safety Modernization Act . However, some minor changes may be needed, and this will become clear when FDA publishes proposed and final rules.
